From Clemson: Take Clemson Blvd. Into Anderson. (Note: Clemson Blvd. will turn into Main Street once in the Anderson City Limit). Turn left on to Greenville Street, go one block and turn right onto McDuffie Street, the courthouse is located on the left, two blocks past Whitner Street. From Greenville: Take I-85 South to exit 27 (Hwy 81). Turn left at top of ramp. Take Hwy 81 into Anderson, turning left onto McDuffie Street.
